According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Geely Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Xu Zhihao as the legal representative and a registered capital of 3.81 billion yuan. Its business scope includes engineering and technical research and experimental development; corporate headquarters management; technology research and development for resource recycling; and research and development of new materials technology. Shareholding transparency on Qichacha shows that the company is jointly held by Ningbo Ruima Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise under Geely and Zhejiang Jidi Technology Co., Ltd.
