The company was established in December 2018, with Ye Yuanwei as the legal representative. Its business scope includes engaging in technology development, technology transfer, technology consulting, technology services, engineering management services, and other related activities in the fields of energy technology and new materials technology. Currently, Shanghai Lianhe Investment Co., Ltd., Shanghai Rihuan Technology Investment Co., Ltd., and the newly added shareholder collectively hold shares in the company.
