Venezuela's subway and railway system will resume operation.

On the 27th local time, Venezuela's Minister of Transportation, Jacqueline Fara, announced that the metro systems in Caracas, Valencia, and Maracaibo, as well as the passenger railway between Caracas and Tuy Valley, will resume operations on the 28th.
