The first domestic fourth-generation semiconductor material complete industrial chain project settled in Zhengzhou.

On June 26, Zhengzhou High-tech Zone signed an agreement with Zhongke Fenyan Superhard Materials Co., Ltd., and the fourth-generation semiconductor material production base of Zhongke Fenyan officially settled in the area. This base is the first domestic fourth-generation semiconductor material full industry chain project, and will fill in a key link for Henan's globally competitive superhard material industry chain.
