According to the Wise Finance APP, on June 26, the International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued the "Notice on the Overseas Issuance and Listing Filing of Robotech Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd." The company plans to issue no more than 34,014,550 shares of overseas-listed common stock and list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. It is reported that Robotech has submitted its listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on May 13, 2026, with Huatai International, Citigroup, and Orient Securities International as joint sponsors.
