Wan Tong Development: Electing Wang Wei as Chairman.

Wan Tong Development announced on June 26th that, due to personal reasons, Wang Yihui will resign from his positions as director, chairman of the board of directors, chairman of the strategic committee of the board of directors, and member of the nomination committee. According to relevant regulations, Wang Yihui's resignation will take effect from the date of delivery to the board of directors. The company held the 28th interim meeting of the ninth board of directors on June 26th, electing director Wang Wei as chairman of the board. According to the company's articles of association, the legal representative will be changed to Wang Wei. The term of office of the chairman shall be from the date of approval by the board of directors until the expiration of the term of office of the ninth board of directors.
