Construction Machinery Notice, On June 26, 2026, the company received an administrative regulatory measure decision from the Shaanxi Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, pointing out that the company failed to timely disclose that the shareholder holding more than 5%, also the Vice Chairman, Chai Zhaoyi, borrowed funds from suppliers through prepayments, constituting the problem of non-operational fund occupation, as well as some irregularities in fund management and accounting. The Shaanxi Regulatory Bureau decided to order the company to correct the issue and to issue warning letters to Yang Hongjun, Chai Zhaoyi, Li Chang'an, and Bai Haihong as part of administrative regulatory measures.
