Fosun International (00656.HK) spun off Fosun Antech and independently listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

According to a report by the CITIC Securities APP, Fosun International (00656.HK) announced that the company and its subsidiary Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical (Group) Co., Ltd. (Fosun Pharmaceutical) have made a joint application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in accordance with the 15th Application Guidelines, seeking approval for the proposed spin-off of its subsidiary Fosun Antech BioPharma Co., Ltd. (Fosun Antech) and listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (proposed spin-off listing). The Hong Kong Stock Exchange has confirmed that the company and Fosun Pharmaceutical can proceed with the proposed spin-off listing.
