The Central Bank is soliciting public opinions on the "Interbank Certificate of Deposit Management Measures".

According to the Zhitong Financial APP, on June 26th, the People's Bank of China issued a notice seeking public opinions on the "Interbank Certificate of Deposit Management Measures". In order to further regulate and guide the development of the interbank certificate market and strengthen financial supervision, the People's Bank of China has revised the "Interbank Certificate of Deposit Temporary Measures" (People's Bank of China Announcement [2013] No. 20) and Peoples Bank of China Announcement [2017] No. 12, forming the "Interbank Certificate of Deposit Management Measures", and now seeks public opinions from society.
