Lion Rock Group (01127) plans to acquire Australian printing business from Auslion Global (01540) for HK$132 million.

Wiseland Ventures Limited, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Lion Rock Group (01127), and Auslione Global (01540) jointly announced that on June 25, 2026, Lion Rock Group (01127) intends to acquire all issued share capital of OPUS Book Printing Group Holdings Pty Ltd from OPUS Group Pty. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Auslione Global (01540), for a total consideration of HK$132 million.
