Wisdom Financial News App reports that Bank of China Hong Kong (02388) announced that as of June 25, 2026, Ms. Cheng Ruhua retired as an independent non-executive director, no longer serving as the chair of the Sustainability Development Committee, member of the Audit Committee, and member of the Strategic and Budget Committee; and Professor Li Huiguang was appointed as the chair of the Sustainability Development Committee.
