The Chinese Xuyang Group (01907) has completed the acquisition of Binhai Energy Corporation.

Zhtng Cijng APP News, China Xuyang Group (01907) announced that all preconditions set out in the share transfer agreement have been met, and Xuyang Group received the "Transfer Registration Confirmation Letter" issued by China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited provided by Binhai Energy on June 25, 2026. The acquisition was completed on June 24, 2026.
