Micron Technology: It is expected that the next generation of DRAM and NAND will begin mass production in the second half of next year.

According to reports, Micron Technology stated on June 24th that the research and development of the next generation DRAM and NAND nodes is progressing well, and it is expected to begin mass production in the second half of 2027. The mass production ramp speed of the HBM4 12-layer product is currently double that of the HBM3E 12-layer version. The company has already delivered over 1 billion dollars in HBM4 revenue.
