Dubai has been the preferred destination for global greenfield foreign direct investment for five consecutive years, attracting $8.83 billion in investment in a single year.

Data released by the fDi Markets database shows that Dubai has maintained its position as the top destination for greenfield foreign direct investment (FDI) projects for the fifth consecutive year, achieving one of its best performances in FDI attraction since 2015. In 2025, Dubai attracted $8.83 billion in greenfield FDI capital, with the total number of greenfield FDI projects announced reaching 1,253, representing a 10.5% increase compared to 2024.
