Major European stock indices closed mixed

The Europe Stoxx 600 index rose by 0.05%, the Euro Stoxx index fell by 0.27%, and the Eurozone blue-chip stock index declined by 0.26%. The French CAC 40 index rose by 0.55%, the Spanish IBEX index fell by 0.44%, the UK FTSE 100 index rose by 0.25%, and the German DAX index fell by 0.71%.
