Zhijing Financial News App reported that Xingyuan Materials (300568.SZ) announced that the company plans to jointly invest with Shenzhen Yuanzhi Energy Storage Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. and other companies to establish Shenzhen Yuanzhi Xingyuan Venture Capital Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Industrial Fund", tentative name). The planned subscribed capital of the Industrial Fund is 500 million yuan, of which the company, as a limited partner, plans to subscribe with its own funds in the amount of 151 million yuan, accounting for 30.2%.
