Huai Jinping meets with the Chairman of the French Central Polytechnic Group, Romain Soubiran.

On June 23, Minister of Education Huai Jinpeng met with a delegation led by Romain Soubiran, Chairman of the Centrale Group of France, in Beijing to exchange views on higher education cooperation between China and France. Huai Jinpeng introduced the reform and practice of China's excellent engineer training, fully affirming the positive results achieved by the Centrale Group and Chinese universities in talent training, research cooperation, and promoting internationalization. He hoped that both sides would adapt to the requirements of the era of artificial intelligence and green low-carbon, enrich the content of cooperation, expand the scope of cooperation, and explore new mechanisms and models for engineering talent training. Soubiran introduced the latest progress of cooperation between the Centrale Group and Chinese universities, praised China's achievements in talent training and technological innovation, and expressed willingness to further deepen inter-school cooperation and promote more students from the Centrale Group's affiliated schools to come to China for study and practice.
