Wisdom Financial News APP, Alpha Animation and Culture (002292.SZ) announced that the company plans to repurchase its own shares through centralized bidding trading using its own funds and/or self-raised funds. The repurchased shares will be used for equity incentive and/or employee stock ownership plan. The total repurchase amount is not less than 80 million yuan (inclusive) and not more than 130 million yuan (inclusive), with a repurchase price not exceeding 11 yuan per share (inclusive).
