On June 24, it was reported that South Korea has postponed its weekly options plan for individual stocks such as SK Hynix and Samsung Electronics. According to sources, the weekly options that were set to launch on June 29 will be delayed. The report stated that a representative from the Korea Exchange said, "No decision has been made yet." Previously, South Korea's financial regulatory authority expressed regret over the introduction of single-stock leveraged ETFs last month, warning that their negative side effects have intensified.
