Yang Sheng, Deputy Director of the National Medical Products Administration, went to Fujian to investigate the policy of medical integration between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait.

Recently, Yang Sheng, member of the Party Group of the National Medical Products Administration and deputy director, led a team to Fujian for investigation. They visited the Pingtan Cross-Strait Small Commodities Trading Market, Fudan University Huashan Hospital Fujian Branch, and held a symposium to listen to the policy demands and suggestions from medical institutions, Taiwan-funded enterprises, provincial and relevant municipal drug regulatory departments regarding the integration and development of cross-strait medical industry. Yang Sheng emphasized the need to deeply study and understand General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on the integration and development of cross-strait relations, continue to support the construction of demonstration zones for cross-strait integration and development, and formulate policy measures to promote the integration and development of the cross-strait medical industry in order to better safeguard the public's medical needs.
