SpaceX and open-source AI startup Reflection have signed a computing power cooperation agreement, with a contract value of up to 6.3 billion dollars.
SpaceX has signed a large-scale computing power cooperation agreement with Reflection AI, an open-source artificial intelligence startup, becoming another external company to rent Musk's "giant" computing power infrastructure. According to the agreement, Reflection can immediately access the Nvidia GB300 chip - a top-tier AI chip used for training and running cutting-edge large models; the two parties have agreed that from July 1, 2026 to 2029, Reflection will pay SpaceX a monthly computing power rental fee of 150 million US dollars. If the contract is fully implemented until expiration, the total transaction amount will be approximately 6.3 billion US dollars. After the contract is in effect for a full three months, either party can notify the other party of the termination of the cooperation with 90 days' notice.
