Borui Communication Announcement: The controlling shareholder, Chengdu Media Group, plans to transfer 134 million shares of the company and 100% equity of Chengdu News Industry Co., Ltd. to its wholly-owned subsidiary Chengdu Media Industry Group Co., Ltd. The registration procedures for the transfer of state-owned shares have been completed. Through this transfer, Media Industry Group directly holds 12.22% of the company's shares, and indirectly holds 23.37% of the company's shares through News Industry, totaling 35.59% of the company's shares, becoming the company's controlling shareholder. The actual controller of the company remains as the Chengdu Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.
