ST Dongyi announced that, based on business development and production operation needs, the company plans to add daily related party transactions with Changkong Construction not exceeding 330 million yuan in 2026. It is expected that the transaction amount in 2026 will reach 530 million yuan after the addition, with 199 million yuan already occurring. Zhang Jianhua, the chairman and actual controller of the company, is also the actual controller of Changkong Construction. This additional transaction still needs to be reviewed by the shareholders' meeting, adhering to market pricing principles, and will not harm the interests of the company and non-related shareholders, nor will it affect the company's independence.
