The pledge will expire on June 16, 2027, and the purpose is for its own capital needs. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, He Yi Investment and its concerted action parties have pledged a total of 163,576,600 shares, accounting for 40.57% of the holdings and 17.13% of the total share capital of the company.
