Shenling Environmental announced that on May 21, 2026, the company approved a proposal to acquire 25% of the equity of Guangdong Shenling Commercial Air Conditioning Equipment Co., Ltd. held by Shenzhen Poseidon Information Consulting Enterprise for 34.4 million yuan in cash and 15% of the equity held by Shenzhen Gerei Information Consulting Enterprise. After the completion of the acquisition, the company's shareholding ratio will increase from 60% to 100%. Recently, Shenling Commercial completed the industrial and commercial change registration and became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
