Shanghai Stock Exchange issues "Guidelines for the Shanghai Stock Exchange's Active Management of Trading Open-Ended Securities Investment Fund Business"
According to the Intelligence Finance APP, on June 17th, the Chairman of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, Wu Qing, announced at the Lujiazui Forum that he supports the introduction of actively managed ETFs on the exchanges. In order to ensure the smooth launch of actively managed ETFs and protect the legitimate rights and interests of investors, the Shanghai Stock Exchange issued the "Shanghai Stock Exchange Guidelines for Actively Managed Exchange-Traded Open-End Securities Investment Fund Business" on the same day.
