National industrial enterprises achieved rapid growth in sales revenue from January to May.

The tax invoice data of the State Administration of Taxation shows that from January to May, the sales revenue of industrial enterprises nationwide increased by 6.8% year-on-year, achieving faster growth. The equipment manufacturing sector continues to play a leading role. From January to May, the sales revenue of the equipment manufacturing industry increased by 8% year-on-year, accounting for 46.8% of the manufacturing industry, continuing to play a leading role. Among them, the sales revenue of computer communication equipment manufacturing, instrument manufacturing, and special equipment manufacturing increased by 15.6%, 10.5%, and 8.8% respectively year-on-year, promoting the continuous advancement of the high-end manufacturing process. Artificial intelligence is driving the development of industrial intelligence. From January to May, the sales revenue of robot and intelligent vehicle equipment manufacturing increased by 27.7% and 46.3% respectively year-on-year, continuously enhancing the level of industrial intelligence with the empowerment of artificial intelligence. At the same time, high-end electronic manufacturing is accelerating, continuously strengthening the foundation of intelligent manufacturing. From January to May, the sales revenue of the integrated circuit, optoelectronic device, and semiconductor device manufacturing industries increased by 57.7%, 32.6%, and 24.4% respectively year-on-year.
