Euro Saint Electric: Termination of Joint Investment in Industrial Fund with Professional Institutions.

Euro Saint Electric announced that, due to the progress of the project and overall strategic development planning, the company has signed a termination agreement with Fangyuan Jinding Investment after friendly negotiations, terminating the relevant agreement for the establishment of the Guoqingcheng Jinyue Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership Enterprise jointly invested and established on August 30, 2023. As of the effective date of the agreement, no business registration change has been made, no payment has been made, and there has been no breach or dispute between the two parties. The dissolution of the partnership in the future will be handled by the ordinary partners, and the company will not participate in the liquidation and distribution. This termination of investment will not have a substantial impact on the company's daily operations, nor will it harm the interests of shareholders.
