Feiwo Technology: Completed the acquisition of 60% equity of Xi'an Chuanghang and completed the business registration change.

Feiwo Technology announced that on June 3, 2026, the company approved the proposal to acquire 60% equity of Xi'an Chuanghang in cash. After the transaction is completed, Xi'an Chuanghang will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. On June 16, Xi'an Chuanghang completed the relevant industrial and commercial registration changes for this equity acquisition and obtained a business license issued by the Market Supervision Administration of Chang'an District, Xi'an.
