YuanShang Co., Ltd. announced that the company and relevant responsible persons have received a warning letter from the Guangdong Securities Regulatory Bureau. The Guangdong Securities Regulatory Bureau conducted an on-site inspection of the company and found that in the first half of 2025 and the third quarter, the company improperly accounted for some of the income that should have been accounted for using the net amount method as the total amount method, resulting in an overstatement of income by 200 million yuan and 910 million yuan in the first half of 2025 and the third quarter, respectively. The overstatement of operating costs was also 200 million yuan and 910 million yuan, with no impact on the total profit.
