Beijing initiates level four flood prevention emergency response.

According to "Beijing Emergency", at 14:30 on June 16th, the city has initiated a level four emergency response for flood prevention. Relevant units are requested to implement measures to prevent and respond to rain according to the plan, and to do well in flood prevention work.
