The Zhitong Financial News App reported that China Water Industry Group (01129.HK) issued an announcement. The company was ordered to wind up by the Hong Kong High Court on June 15, 2026 in case number 721 of 2025, in accordance with the Companies (Winding Up and Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance. The Director of the Insolvency Department will serve as the provisional liquidator of the company.
