On June 15, the head of the Department of Mining Rights Management of the Ministry of Natural Resources stated at a routine press conference that the Ministry of Natural Resources is working with the Ministry of Finance to study and formulate policies to improve the collection of revenue from mining rights auctions. This will further clarify the standards for collecting revenue based on the agreed transaction price, regulate penalties for breach of auction revenues, and manage requirements for auction transaction guarantees.
