Zhongjin Group: Guo Tianli resigns as the company's general manager.

On June 15th, Zhinye Group announced that the company received a resignation report from its general manager, Guo Tianli, on June 12th, 2026. Due to job changes, Guo Tianli applied to resign from the position of general manager of the company, but will continue to work at the company after resigning. Guo Tianli's resignation report will take effect from the date it is submitted to the company's board of directors.
