Rongjie Health Announcement: The company plans to transfer 2.8156% equity of Anhui Yinglian Yunxiang Medical Technology Co., Ltd. held by the company for a transfer price of 8.4469 million RMB. After the transaction is completed, the company will continue to hold 4.0176% equity of Yinglian Yunxiang. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors and does not constitute a related party transaction or a major asset restructuring.
