The Hang Seng platform indicated that the application or online banking services may experience slow response times or intermittent interruptions. In response, an HSBC spokesperson stated that some customers were unable to use certain bank services normally in the morning, and the company is working hard to address the issue and restore normal operations as soon as possible. Hang Seng stated that due to technical reasons, some banking services were temporarily affected and relevant departments are working to fix the issue.
