According to the Securities Times app, on June 13, the National Internet Information Office, in order to guide financial information service institutions in carrying out data classification and grading and important data identification work, and to enhance the data security level of financial information services, in accordance with the "Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China", "Data Security Law of the People's Republic of China", "Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China", "Regulations on the Management of Network Data Security", "Regulations on the Administration of Financial Information Services" and other laws, regulations, rules and policies, the National Internet Information Office, the People's Bank of China, the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the National Bureau of Statistics, and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange have formulated the "Guidelines for the Classification and Grading of Financial Information Services Data".
