On June 10th, the China Automobile Dealers Association released the results of the May 2026 "Automobile Dealer Inventory" survey: the comprehensive inventory coefficient of automobile dealers in May was 1.63, a decrease of 13.8% compared to the previous month and an increase of 18.1% year-on-year. The survey showed that in May, a total of 13 mainstream brands had inventory depth exceeding 2 months, a decrease from the previous month. The top ten brands with the highest inventory depth were: FAW Hongqi, Dongfeng Nissan, FAW Volkswagen, BYD, Dongfeng Honda, GAC Trumpchi, Geely, Dongfeng Yipai, BAIC Hyundai, SAIC Volkswagen, Audi, Dongfeng Citroen, and FAW Toyota.
