Punai Joint Stock Company Announcement: The company recently signed a share transfer agreement with the minority shareholders Jingbo and Liang Jian of its subsidiary Xinjiang Qinxiang Technology Co., Ltd. It plans to use its own funds of 3.75 million yuan to acquire the 5.32% equity held by Jingbo in Xinjiang Qinxiang, and use its own funds of 2.625 million yuan to acquire the 3.98% equity held by Liang Jian in Xinjiang Qinxiang, with a total transaction amount of 6.375 million yuan. After the transaction is completed, the company's shareholding in Xinjiang Qinxiang will increase from 67.77% to 77.07%, and Xinjiang Qinxiang will remain a subsidiary.
