Jianfeng Cai appointed as Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Branch of the People's Bank of China.

The official website of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Branch of the People's Bank of China recently updated to show that Xue Jianfeng has been appointed as the Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Branch of the People's Bank of China, as well as the Director of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Sub-Bureau of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange. It is understood that Xue Jianfeng previously served as the Deputy President of the Qinghai Branch of the People's Bank of China and the Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Tianjin Branch.
