Seesaw Coffee founder restricted from high spending

On June 8th, the news of the bankruptcy liquidation application of the operation company of the premium coffee brand Seesaw Coffee sparked heated discussions. According to the Tianyancha APP, the operating entity of Seesaw Coffee, Shanghai Xishe Coffee Co., Ltd., currently has multiple bankruptcy review cases, with applicants being Shanghai Luli Workshop Glass Art Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Malu Industry Co., Ltd. The applicants have applied to the court for bankruptcy liquidation on the grounds that Xishe Coffee cannot repay its due debts and clearly lacks the ability to repay. In addition, since 2026, Shanghai Xishe Coffee Co., Ltd. and its legal representative, Seesaw Coffee founder Wu Xiaomei, have been restricted from high consumption.
