On June 8, the Emergency Management Department of Guangdong Province issued a letter on the "Notice of the Guangdong Provincial Safety Production Committee on the investigation and handling of the '62' major collapse accident of the sewage pipeline construction project in Datang Town, Sanshui, Foshan". On June 2, a collapse accident occurred at the construction site of the sewage pipeline construction project in the industrial park of Datang Town, Sanshui District, Foshan City, resulting in the death of 3 people. According to the requirements of the "Notice on Strengthening Safety Production Supervision and Law Enforcement" issued by the General Office of the State Council and the "Notice of the Guangdong Provincial Safety Production Committee on the issuance of the 'Guangdong Province Major Production Safety Accident Investigation and Handling Hang-up Supervision Method'", the Provincial Safety Production Committee decided to carry out the investigation of this accident through hang-up supervision.
