Chen Shaopeng, Director of the Department of Building Energy Conservation and Technology at the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, stated that recently, the Party Central Committee and the State Council have deployed plans to strengthen the construction of water networks, new power grids, computing networks, next-generation communication networks, urban underground pipe networks, and logistics networks. Among them, the urban underground pipe network is one of the "six networks," including gas, water supply, drainage, sewage, heat supply municipal pipelines, and comprehensive galleries.
