After replacing the chief automotive analyst, J.P. Morgan's view on Tesla has turned bullish. J.P. Morgan recently appointed Rajat Gupta as the automotive analyst, who raised the price target for Tesla to $475 and upgraded the stock rating to "hold". Former analyst Ryan Brinkman had been advising to sell the stock since 2015 and had predicted the price to drop to $145 by the end of the year.
