During the 2025 annual shareholders meeting of Midea Group, Chairman and CEO Fang Hongbo answered questions from investors about dividends, stating that in the next three years, there will be no major mergers and acquisitions, no reckless spending, and in principle, the net profit of the year will be used to reward shareholders. The direction of increasing investment returns will not change.
