Guizhou Communications Administration launches the special action of "Smart Transformation and Digitalization" and "Artificial Intelligence + Manufacturing" entering enterprises service.

The Guizhou Provincial Communications Administration, in conjunction with the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, issued a notice on the special action plan for the "Smart Transformation and Digitalization by 2026" and "Artificial Intelligence + Manufacturing" into enterprises. This special action plan focuses on four key areas: improving the enterprise nurturing list, precise entry and assistance to enterprises, creating demonstration benchmarks, and strengthening departmental coordination. First, improve the nurturing list and understand the bottom line of the enterprise. Clarify and improve the enterprise nurturing list for "Smart Transformation and Digitalization" and "Artificial Intelligence + Manufacturing", thoroughly understand the bottom line of the enterprise, and form a key enterprise database. Second, sink to the front line and provide precise full-chain services. Coordinate with communication operators and service providers to sink into enterprises, provide transformation diagnosis, customized solutions, policy promotion, and other full-process services. Third, focus on key areas and create benchmark demonstrations. Designate Gui'an New Area, Guiyang High-tech Zone, and Guiyang Economic Development Zone as benchmark demonstration areas, prioritize the layout of 5G, industrial Internet identification and resolution nodes, and other new types of infrastructure. Build replicable 5G factories and smart factory projects to promote the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry in the province. Fourth, improve coordination mechanisms and optimize service efficiency. Establish a multi-party collaborative service mechanism, coordinate the formulation of enterprise entry service plans, effectively reduce the burden on enterprises, and improve service efficiency.
