The Ministry of Finance promulgates the "Administrative Measures for the Management of Central Special Lottery Public Welfare Fund to Support the Development of Local Social Public Welfare Causes".

In order to further strengthen the management of funds for supporting local social welfare development projects with the central special lottery public welfare fund, increase the efficiency of fund utilization, in accordance with the financial budget management regulations and lottery management system requirements, and combined with relevant management practices, the Ministry of Finance has revised and issued the "Measures for the Management of Funds for Supporting Local Social Welfare Development Projects with the Central Special Lottery Public Welfare Fund".
