ST Meitani announced that the Hanzhong Hanjiang Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise in Xiangyang City has filed a lawsuit against Jinghan Holdings and Tian Han for contract disputes. Jinghan Holdings and Tian Han have been added as defendants. On May 11, 2026, the Xiangcheng District Court ruled in the first instance that Jinghan Holdings should pay for the repurchase of equity, and Tian Han should bear joint liability, while dismissing the lawsuit against the company. On June 4, the company received a civil appeal letter stating that Jinghan Holdings and Tian Han are not satisfied with the judgment and have appealed to the Xiangyang Intermediate People's Court. The second trial of this case has not yet been scheduled, and the impact on the company's profits is still uncertain.
