According to the Qichacha app, recently, Shenzhen Yangguang Digital Technology Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 200 million yuan. Its business scope includes: general application systems for artificial intelligence; development of artificial intelligence application software; development of artificial intelligence basic software; integration services for artificial intelligence industry application systems, etc. According to the equity penetration displayed by Qichacha, the company is wholly owned by Yangguang shares.
