The provisional estimate of the total retail sales value in April 2026 was HK$314 billion, an increase of 8.6% from the same month in 2025. The revised estimate of the total retail sales value in March 2026 increased by 12.8% compared to the same month in 2025. Compared to the same period in 2025, the provisional estimate of the total retail sales value for the first four months of 2026 increased by 11.3%.
